Prairie Lea tournament to raise money for needs of students and families

The second annual Prairie Lea “Feliz Navidad” Basketball Tournament will be held Dec. 14-16 at Prairie Lea High School.

There are double the amount of teams coming this year and hope to raise even more money for the Prairie Lea Athletic Department as well as 4:12 Kids, a non-profit based in Lockhart.

4:12 Kids supports the families in our community by providing clothing, Thanksgiving meals, Christmas gifts, and many other avenues of support that is so valuable to our students and their families.

There are sponsorship opportunities for Title Sponsors and Banner Sponsorships.

Also, this year the school is adding some $10k Halfcourt Shot Sponsorships. The Prairie Lea Athletic Boosters will use a portion of each Half Court sponsorship to purchase the insurance policy for the halfcourt shot. There will be one halfcourt shot per $10,000 Halfcourt Shot Sponsor.
