Ray Dinges

Ray Dinges, of Austin, Texas, passed away on June 1, 2012, at the age of 81. He was born on March 8, 1931, in Austin, to Willie and Selma Dinges. He received his master”s degree in biology from Oregon State in 1958. He went on to work for the Texas State Department of Health until he retired in 1987.

His parents preceded him in death.

He is survived by his wife of 57 year

s, Judy (Roberts) Dinges; son, Coby Dinges; daughter, Melanie Dinges and one granddaughter, Scarlett Raye Lynn Teague, all of Austin.

Grave side services were held at 9 a.m. on Monday, June 4, 2012, at the Bunton Cemetery in Dale, Texas.
