Theresa Hattie Young, 45, of Morton, Texas, formerly of Lockhart died October 28, 2004 in San Antonio, Texas. Mrs. Young was born September 20, 1959 in McMahan to Lowell and Joyce Moore Holt. She was united in marriage to James Young June 20, 1996 in Birmingham, Alabama.

Funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m. November 3 at First Baptist C

hurch with Rev. Lee Lewis Carter officiating. Interment followed in the Fleming Cemetery in McMahan.

Serving as pallbearers were Reuben Head, Marcellus Moore, Sr., Clarence Brawley, William Brawley, A.J. Lewis, and Jerome Hudspeth.

Mrs. Young is survived by her husband, James Young of Morton, Texas; children, Michael Holt of New Braunfels, and Shelita Pierre of North Carolina; brothers, Manuel Holt of San Marcos, and Johnathan Holt of Austin; sisters, Denina Holt of Austin and Wilma Holt of Kileen; and one grandchild.
