Tommy Mireles, Sr.
Tommy Mireles, Sr., passed peacefully into the arms of the Lord on Jan. 19, 2008, at the age of 44.
Mr. Mireles is survived by his loving wife of 26 years, Sandra Juarez Mireles; son, Tommy Mireles, Jr., and wife, Veronica; daughters, Veronica Mireles and fiancé, Victor Peralez, and Gabrielle Trine-Nicole Mireles; and grandchildren, Jacob Elijah Mireles, Johana Elyse
Mireles and Madison Nichole Peralez. He is also survived by his mother, Rita Mendoza Mireles; brother, Henry Mireles, Sr.; sister, Lisa Ann Mireles; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Tommy was a member of First Assembly of God – Lockhart and will be greatly missed by his family and many friends. He will be remembered for his jokes, his love for family, his unconditional love for his grandchildren, and his willingness to serve and help others.
Tommy used his life to the fullest to share the love of Christ, and was not ashamed to tell anyone that he was saved by God”s grace and living proof that anyone can change for the better.
Prayer service was held on Monday, Jan. 21, 2008, at First Assembly of God with Pastor Leo G. Miller officiating. Burial followed at St. Mary”s Cemetery in Lockhart.
Honored to serve as pallbearers were: Henry Mireles, Sr., David Juarez, Sr., Sammy Juarez, Sr., Ernest Juarez, Alfredo Munoz, Sr., and Jesse Maciel, Sr.
