ember 30, 2015, if a copy of the Special Education records is needed. After September 30, 2015, the records will be destroyed in accordance with the Texas Library and Archives Commission Records Retention Schedule.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOCKHART, TEXAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 12, BUILDINGS AND BUILDING REGULATIONS, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES ADDING SECTION 12:35-CONCRETE FOUNDATIONS REQUIRING ALL CONCRETE FOUNDATIONS FOR NEW RESIDENTIAL AND OTHER TYPES OF BUILDINGS, INCLUDING ADDITIONS, ATTACHED PATIOS, AND GARAGES, TO BE DESIGNED AND SEALED BY A TEXAS LICENSED PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER OR TEXAS LICENSED DESIGN PROFESSIONAL APPROVED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL OR DESIGNEE, PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING A REPEALER; PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION; AND ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

Lockhart ISD invites qualified vendors to submit Proposal responses for advertising opportunities at LISD. The District is giving potential advertisers the opportunity to market their products or services to the District’s students, staff, parents, spectators, and others who visit the various events held at LISD facilities. The District is interested in entertaining proposals for purchasing and/or advertising on scoreboards or signs at Lion Baseball field, Lion’s Den (main competition gym at High School), Jr. High Football Stadium and Jr. High gyms.
