Matthew Griffin

On Oct. 15, 2015, God called Matthew Griffin, 41, to heaven.

There must have been a need for an angel with the strength of a bull, the patience of a saint, and the heart of a servant.

Matthew was born on April 28, 1974, in Lamar, Colo., to William Hurshell Griffin and Kathryn Avesta Noble Griffin. He was an outstanding Paramedic and was passionate about the EMS Roaddocs R

iding club.

Matthew is survived by his father and mother, Bill and Kathryn Griffin; his sister and brother-in-law, Sarah and Jimmy Loer; two beautiful nieces who will miss his spoiling ways, Kimberly Dolezal and Kinsley Loer; and the love of his life, Allison Trent, and her beautiful children Reagan Trent, Jaelyn Eldridge and Jackson Trent.

In the words of his fellow Roaddocs members, “Ride on Matthew. We shall take it from here.”
