Charlotte Jones
Charlotte Virginia Pinkston Jones began life on Aug., 20,1948, to her parents, Corilla Storey Hughes and Calvin Boyd Pinkston in Lockhart, Texas.
She attended Carver High School and graduated Class of 1966. She married Charles Edward Wright, Jr., and to this union one child was born, Vergie Diane Wright Spruell.
She joined First Baptist Church at an early age under Pastor
Grant and then became a part of the choir. She had various jobs throughout her life and was well known at the Dr. Eugene Clark Library where she worked for 15 years.
Her parents preceded her in death and leaves to mourn her only daughter and family and friends.
A Memorial Service was held on Saturday, July 16, 2016 at 11 a.m., at St. Marks United Methodist Church in Lockhart with Pastor H. Williams Jr. officiating.
Rest in peace my Friend she was a wonderful lady I had the pleasure of working with her at the Library my condolences to her Family may God continue to bless yall
