Thomas Gonzales

Thomas L. Gonzales, 73, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, Oct. 6, 2016. He was born in Gonzales, Texas, on April 19, 1943.
Thomas and his wife Otilia were married for 51 years.
A retired truck driver of 20 years, he loved being around his many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He loved dominoes, watching football, barbecuing, playing pool but most of all he enjoyed

spending time in his beautiful garden. He was a loving husband, dad, grandfather, brother and uncle and a great friend.
He leaves his loving wife, Otilia Sanchez Gonzales; his son, Thomas Anthony Gonzales, Jr., and wife, Kathy Gonzales; his daughter, Tina Marie Zumwalt, and husband, Duane Zumwalt; and his son, Marcus Adrian Gonzales, and wife, Cindy Gonzales; grandchildren: Kameron Gonzales, Kevan Gonzales, Kara Gonzales, Brandon Zumwalt and wife, Raven Zumwalt, Stassney Musick, Casey Zumwalt and wife, Corrine Zumwalt, Alyssa Gonzales, Roger Gonzales and Gavin Gonzales; and great-grandchildren: Kieari Gonzales, Christian Gonzales, Rhett Zumwalt, Falynn Musick, Kadacyn Lewis, Caiden Zumwalt, Caleigh Zumwalt, Candon Zumwalt, Kaylen Gonzales and JB Gonzales.
Services will be held on Friday, Oct. 14, 2016, from 10 – 11 a.m. at the St. John’s Catholic Church in Luling, Texas. A reception will follow in the Parish Hall. The family will be accepting flowers at the Home of Thomas and Otilia Gonzales, 317 N. Myrtle Ave., Luling, Texas 78648.
