Jordanis M. McElroy-Ramirez

Airman 3rd Class Jordanis M. McElroy-Ramirez of Dale was born July 20, 1986 in Houston, and passed away Jan. 14, 2007 in Kaiser Slautern, Germany.
In 2003 he graduated from Lockhart High School at the age of 16. At the age of 17, he joined the United States Air Force. He traveled to many places during his time of duty like his home of two years, Okinawa, Japan, Malaysi

a, Guam, South Korea, Mexico and Germany. While living in Japan he learned how to scuba dive.
Jordanis is preceded in death by his father Bobby Ramirez, grandfather John T. McElroy Sr., uncle Glenn C. McElroy and cousin Charlie McElroy.
Survivors are mother Glenda C. McElroy-Gabrielson; stepfather Eric Gabrielson; sisters Andrea N.McElroy and Annette M. McElroy-Ramirez; brothers John A. McElroy-Gabrielson and Craig Ramirez; niece Cierra N. McElroy-Sandoval; grandmother Shirley A. McElroy; uncles John T. McElroy Jr., Vincent McElroy, Ronald McElroy and Larry McElroy; aunt Chun McElroy and many others.
Funeral services will be Sunday, Jan. 21 at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Houston, with a viewing at Niday Funeral Home in Houston.
