Ruth Elizabeth Branning

Ruth Elizabeth Branning, 95, of Lockhart passed away peacefully on March 29, 2008. Ruth had lived in this area for about six years.
She was born on July 8, 1912, to Robert and Anna Hoadley Hicks in Clarks Green, Pa. She worked as a seamstress in a factory before her retirement.
She is survived by her daughter, Eloris Burdick of Kyle; sons, Allan and Gary Racht of

Honesdale, Pa.; one brother, Robert Hicks, of Pennsylvania; four grandchildren;13 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of family and friends. A Memorial Service will be held in Honesdale ,Pa., at a later date.
