Katherine Mink, 76, of Lytton Springs, passed away Dec. 1 in her home. She was born on Aug. 3,1928 in Pineville, Kentucky to Robert and Marie (Johnson) Jackson.

She was preceded in death by her parents and daughter, Sheryl Jean Lester. She is survived by her husband since May 18, 1944, George Mink of Lytton Springs; sons, Tim Mink and wife Siss

y of Lytton Springs, Doug Mink of Riverside, Calif. and Roger Mink of Riverside, Calif.; and four grandchildren.

Graveside services wereheld at 9:45 a.m., Friday, Dec. 3, 2004 at Ft. Sam Houston Cemetery in San Antonio. Arrangements under the care of McCurdy Funeral Home, 105 E. Pecan St., Lockhart.
