Mrs. Alicia Chapa Capello, 84, of Lockhart, passed away Tuesday, December 21. Recitation of the rosary was at 7 p.m. Wednesday, December 22 at the DeLeon Funeral Home. Funeral mass was celebrated at 11 a.m. Thursday, December 23, at St. Mary”s Catholic Church. Burial followed in St.

Mary”s Cemetery.

Mrs. Capello is survived by her sons, Leonard Capello, of Waelder; Santos Capello of Luling, Henry Capello, Joe Capello and Carlos Capello, all of Lockhart; sisters, Cuca Rodriguez, of Woodsborough; Catarina of San Antonio; Juanita of Mexico D.F., Mexico; 11 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Serving as pallbearers were Michael Capello, Tony Capello, Steve Capello, Joey Capello, Andrew Capello, and Arthur Capello, Jr.
