Larry James Parmley

Larry James (Jim) Parmley, 63, of Dale, passed away Feb. 9, 2009, in Austin. He was born May 22, 1945, to Henry and Lucille (Ratliff) Parmley in Stark City, Mo.

Mr. Parmley was preceded in death by his parents and one brother.
Mr. Parmley owned a tractor store that was named Tractor Show Place. He enjoyed spending time with his family, friends and all of his ani

mals. “Grandpa Jim” will be greatly missed by his 18 grandchildren. He will finally be remembered by countless number of people he knew.

He is survived by his wife, Vickie(Mueller) Parmley, children; Jim Parmley, Jr., Jenny Parmley, Jerry Parmley, Doug Parmley, Misti Morgan and Monty Burton; brother, Skinny Parmley; sisters, Ila and Dolly; and 18 grandchildren.

The family received friends at 6 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 12, 2009, at McCurdy Funeral Home. Graveside service was held on Friday, Feb. 13, 2009, at 10 a.m. at the Lytton Springs Cemetery.
