Meliton R. Juarez

Mr. Meliton R. Juarez, 91, of Lockhart, passed away on Friday, Jan. 22, 2010. He was born on March 10, 1918.

Mr. Juarez is survived by his wife, Juanita Samaro Juarez; daughters: Rita Juarez, Maria Juarez McGill and Gloria Juarez Rodriguez; sons: Guadalupe (Peter) Juarez, Nicolas Juarez, Felix Juarez, Meliton Juarez, Jr., and Jospeh Juarez; step-sister, Ellinoir Juar

ez; step-brother, Alcario Juarez; 19 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.

Recitation of the rosary was at 7 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 25, 2010, at the DeLeon Funeral Home. Funeral mass was celebrated at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 26, 2010, at St. Mary”s Catholic Church. Burial followed in St. Mary”s Cemetery.
