Evangelina Bermudez Garcia, 59, of Lockhart, Texas, passed away Wednesday, March 3, 2010, in Kyle, Texas. She was born on April 18, 1950 to Juan and Elena Bosque Bermudez in Lockhart, Texas.

She is survived by her husband Enrique Garcia; sons, Antonio Gonzales and Carlos Bermudez; daughter, Cynthia Bermudez; brothers, Gilbert Bermudez and Jose Bermudez; sisters, Rose

Mary Bermudez and Maria Longoria; and grandchildren: Victor John Oballe, Blane Lars Spear, and Samuel Isaac Wade.

Visitation was held from 6 – 9 p.m. on Tuesday, March 9, 2010, with a prayer service at 7 p.m. at McCurdy Funeral Home in Lockhart. Graveside services were held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, March 10, 2010, at Clark”s Spanish Chapel in Lockhart with Buddy Mojica officiating.
