Dora Dorothy Hughey, 86, passed away Feb. 19, 2011. Ms. Hughey was born on Sept. 15, 1924, in Roby, Texas, to Charlie Hughey and Roxie (Potts) Hughey. She is survived by two sisters, Charlcie Theobald and Mickey Moore; one nephew, Tim Theobold and wife, Susan, and one niece, Dee Stephens.
