Charles Allen Roland, 45, of Lockhart, died May 12, 2005 in Lockhart. Mr. Roland was born Feb. 14, 1960 in Lockhart to William C. and Nell Hughes Roland. Visitation was held at 5 p.m. on Friday, May 20 in the Chapel of the Eeds Funeral Home. Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. on May 21 at St. James A.M.E. Church with Rev. J.E. Morris, Jr. officiating. Interment followed i

n the Lockhart City Cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers were, Pablo Martinez, Gregory Haynes, Dennis Haynes, Harold Brawley, Johnny Brawley and Daniel Hughes.
Mr. Roland is survived by his parents; sister, Elaine Head and her husband Rueben of Lockhart; brothers, Garland Roland and Jerry Roland, both of Lockhart, and Jason Roland and his wife, Stephanie of San Diego, Calif.
