Caldwell County will be soliciting and accepting qualifications for Request for Qualifications “RFQ #2012-101 Construction Manager-at-Risk” for the Future Judicial Center. Qualifications are due December 7, 2012 at 2:30 PM to Marie Cavanagh with Caldwell County Judge’s office at 110 S. Main St., 2nd Floor, Lockhart, Texas 78644. Notice of Public Hearing on Variance Request
The Martindale City Council, sitting as the Zoning Board of Adjustments, will conduct a public hearing on a request for a variance from the minimum lot size requirements for property at 501 and 503 Crockett Street in Martindale, Texas. The variance sought is to divide a 0.885 acre tract of land into two lots, each being 0.4425 acre in size, which is less than the one-half acre minimum size for lots in areas zoned R-1. The public hearing will be held during the Council meeting scheduled on Tuesday, December 4, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall, 409 Main Street, Martindale, Texas. Members of the public are invited to attend and submit comments in writing or verbally before the City Council.
