Harold Adams
Born on Dec. 8, 1971, Harold Donell Adams was the youngest of five children born to Helen Louise Adams, who preceded him in death.
At the young age of 3 months, Harold and his three sisters Renae, Tommie Shay, Tracey and one brother, David, went to live with his aunt and uncle, Nannie and Virgil Taylor, Jr., who had three children of their own, Deborah, Sandra and Ray. At
the age of 8 years old, Harold was confirmed at St. Mark’s United Methodist Church and was an active member of the United Methodist Youth Fellowship and the Youth Choir.
Harold was an outstanding athlete throughout his high school and college career. Upon graduation from Lockhart High School in 1990, Harold attended Southwest Texas State University (Texas State University) under a football scholarship and majored in Psychology.
At the end of his freshman year at Texas State University, Harold transferred to Abilene Christian University to continue his studies and to play collegiate football. Following graduation from Abilene Christian University in 1995 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, Harold moved to South Florida, got his license as a mortgage and real estate broker and began experiencing much success in that field.
Harold moved back home to Texas in 2010, after feeling the need to be closer to family. He pursued a career in catering corporate and private events in the Austin area. Harold is survived by his daughters Jade Sendejar and Allison Harris, and a host of family and friends who will all miss him dearly.

Thank you very much for kind words
“outstanding” doesn’t do him justice as an athlete.. He was one of the best.. He was always encouraging and was a team player.. He always had the best smile and a positive, can do attitude.. Too young to lose, but his memory lives on in a small town who will never forget him.. He was obviously raised well, and he will be sorely missed..
RIP teammate. We will miss #21.
I am still collecting photos or stories that any former classmates/teammates may want to share. my new email is vproxii0123@gmail.com. Thank you and I would appreciate any and all.
