Allene Law

Allene Law, 88, of Seguin, Texas, passed away Tuesday, March 28, 2006. She was born on Dec. 18, 1917, to John Wesley and Lucy Pearl (Hasty) Wright.
She was married to Bill Law on Dec. 18, 1935, in Belton. She was a member of the McNeil Baptist Church. She was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her husband; her parents; two brothers, Elmo Wright and Walter

Wright; and one sister, Ann Woodall.
Allene is survived by her two sons, Richard Law of Seguin and Carl Law and wife Eloise of Burkburnett; her daughter, Audrey George and husband Otis of Corpus Christi; her brother, Carl Wright and wife Gertrude of Lockhart; five grandchildren, Gail Townsend and husband Monte, Sue and David George, Stacy Russell and Cindy Murphy; and six great-grandchildren, Harold, Brenda and Allen Townsend, Stony and Cal Murphy and Sidney Russell.
Visitation was held at noon on Friday, March 31, 2006, at McCurdy Memorial Chapel. Funeral Services were conducted at 1 p.m. Friday, March 31, 2006, at McCurdy Memorial Chapel. Interment followed in Lytton Springs Cemetery.
