Beatrice Elgin Lockhart

Beatrice Elgin Lockhart, 84, of Delhi, Texas, passed away on Wednesday Jan. 30, 2008, in Luling. She was born in Morgan County, Ind., on Sept. 2, 1923 to William and Lottie Myrl (Snider) Elgin.
She was a member of Delhi Baptist Church.
Mrs. Lockhart was preceded in death by her parents; husband, James Borah Lockhart, Jr., one brother and two sisters.
She is

survived by her sister Gladys Snyder of Indianapolis, Ind., and numerous nieces and nephews.
Graveside services were held at 2 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 1, 2008, at Delhi Cemetery, Delhi, Texas. Rev. James Hickman officiated.
