Christina Haley

Christina Haley passed away peacefully on Monday, March 30, 2026 surrounded by the love of her family. She was a devoted and loving mother and wife whose greatest joy in life was time spent her family.

Christina will be remembered for her fun and bubbly spirit, her infectious laugh, and warm smile that could light up any room. She had a natural gift for making others laugh and feel at ease. Whether she was enjoying family gatherings, sharing stories, or simply being present in the moment, her joyful personality made every occasion brighter.

Family meant everything to Christina. She loved deeply and unconditionally, always putting her family first. She spent a lifetime walking with the Lord, but developed a deeper connection with him in her later years. She treasured holidays, celebrations, and even the quiet everyday moments, creating lasting memories filled with laughter and love. She especially loved to cook for her family, showing her love through homemade meals and bringing everyone together around the table. Her home and her heart were always open, and she made everyone feel welcome.

She is survived by her loving husband, Mark; her daughter Michelle Hurd and her husband, Chris; and her son Derek Haley, and his wife, Karlie; her beloved grandchildren, Skylar and Gavin Hurd and Silas and Lucas Haley; and her sister, Diane Deeds. They, along with many extended family members and dear friends, will forever hold her close in their hearts and deeply miss her joyful presence.

She was preceded in death by her beloved parents.

Christina’s legacy is one of love, laughter, and devotion to family. Though she will be deeply missed, the happiness she brought to others and the love she shared will continue to live on in all who knew her.

Visitation will be held on Monday, April 6 from 9:00am to 10:00am at McCurdy Funeral Home, 105 E. Pecan St. Lockhart, followed by a Funeral Service at 10:00am. Burial to follow at Delhi Cemetery. Relatives and friends are invited.
