David A. French

Mr. David Alexander French, 63, a lifelong resident of Lockhart, passed away in Bastrop on Sept. 21, 2009. He was born on Oct. 25, 1945, to David Alexander and Josie Morel French, Sr.
He is survived by his son, Jay and daughter-in-law, Miriam French, of Las Vegas; his daughter, Karen French, of St. Petersburg, Fla.; brothers, Jim French, of Lockhart, and Joe French, of

Fentress; and stepbrother, Bobby Brown, of Brownsboro.

David was a machinist for Capital Bearing. He was also an avid fisherman and hunter. He lived for several years in the Four Corners area of New Mexico and Colorado, before moving back to Lockhart.

Memorial services were scheduled to be held on Thursday, Sept. 24, 2009, at 10:30 a.m. at the Eeds Funeral Home Chapel in Lockhart, with family and friends in attendance.
