David Estrada

David Estrada, 66, was born Aug. 11, 1950; he relocated to Heaven on Oct. 29, 2016.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Hilda Luna and Aurelio Estrada.
David leaves behind his wife of 36 years, Mary Louise Estrada; three daughters, Connie Foradory and husband, Craig, Melinda Estrada and Rose Marie Torres and husband, Sam; and his four loving grandchildren, Bryce Foradory

, Chelsea Foradory, Violet Maria Torres and Khloe Rose Torres.
David had a heart of gold and always there whenever you needed him. There was never a time he was not there to help his fellow man. David was known throughout the rodeo community as the best hat shaper in Central Texas. He shaped hats for celebrities like Charlie Daniels, Lyle Lovett, The University of Texas Cowboys, Travis County Sheriff’s Department, Texas Department of Public Safety and many rodeo superstars. David will be greatly missed and always remembered.
Family will receive friends from 5 – 9 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 3, 2016, at McCurdy Funeral Home, with the recitation of the Rosary being held at 7 p.m. The Mass of Celebration will be held St. Mary’s of the Visitation Catholic Church at 10 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 4, 2016. Interment will follow at Clark’s Chapel Cemetery.
