David Serrato, III
Mr. David Serrato, III, 50, of Lockhart, passed Wednesday, Nov. 9, 2011. He was born on March 17, 1961.
Mr. Serrato is survived by his wife, Sherry Jaimez-Serrato; daughter, Heather Watson; son, David Mendez Serrato, IV; mother, Ramona Serrato; sisters: Mary Garcia, Gloria McLain, Diane Delgado, Belia Martinez and Melinda Oliva; brother, Albert Mendez; and one grandchild, Da
vid A. Serrato.
Rosary was held at 7 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 11, 2011, at the DeLeon Funeral Home. Funeral Mass was held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 12, 2011, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church. Burial followed in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
Honored to serve as pallbearers were Xavier Espinosa, Albert Mendez, Sr., Mark Delgado, Shawn Delgado, Kristian Delgado and Albert T. Martinez. Honorary pallbearers were David A. Serrato, Carlos Sanchez, Jr., Harold McLain, Xavier Thomas Espinosa and Bobby Sanchez.

Ramona and family we are so sorry to hear of your loss. Our hearts are heavy with grief for you and our prayers are strong. Although we did not get to meet David when we went to visit Lockhart, we are family. Gods Peace to you all.
