On Sunday, December 6, 2020, Diana Salazar, loving mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend was called home at the age of 54.
Diana was born on October 11, 1966 in Lockhart, Texas where she was a lifelong resident.
Diana was preceded in death by her father, Domingo Alvarez, Sr. She is survived by her six wonderful children, Precilla Mancias (Chris), Melissa Salazar, Krystal Salazar, San Juan Salazar, Christopher (Bubba) Salazar and Apryll Gutierrez. She is also survived by her mother, Sarah Alvarez, 10 grandkids, 2 great grandkids, her three sisters, four brothers and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
A visitation will be held on Sunday, December 13, from 4 to 8 PM at McCurdy Funeral Home. The funeral service will be on Monday, December 14, 2020 beginning at 10 Am also at McCurdy Funeral Home followed by her final resting place at St. Mary’s Cemetery. Due to COVID-19, masks are required to attend services.
