So sorry to learn of Don’s passing. Sandra, the kitchen plaque you made for me still reminds me of some very pleasant memories. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Don’s folks were a part of my life for many years and there was a time when the boys were like brothers to me.
Hi Barbara Friend,
Thank you for thinking of us and for your prayers. Don was my best friend and I loved him since I was 14 years old. This has truly been the hardest thing I have ever had to do and I miss him every day.
Your mom and dad were always so sweet to us. I treasure the tablecloth and the chickens Sarah made for me and Bill was always happy and joking around. He gave Don a beautiful hickory (I think) log that Don use to make a gorgeous box.
Blessings to you.
