Dorothy Reed

Dorothy Reed, of McMahan passed away in San Antonio on Wednesday, March 8, 2006, at the age of 76. She was born on Nov. 18,1929, in Houma, La., to Alphonse Anthony Louviere and Viola Agnes Lee.
Dorothy married Maurice Reed on Feb/ 14, 1973 in Seguin, Texas.
She was preceded in death of her parents, and one brother Alphonse Louviere.

oving husband Maurice Reed of McMahan; sons, Maxime “Max” Charles Landry, IV, of Austin, Gary Lee Landry of Cedar Creek, Lee Ryan Landry of McMahan, Gregory Dean Reed of McMahan, and Steven Maurice Reed of Austin; and grandchildren Kourtne Nicole Landry, Jesse Lee Landry and Travis Paul Landry.
Funeral Services were held at 4 p.m., Sunday, March 12, 2006 at McCurdy Memorial Chapel, Elder Hulan Bass officiating. Interment followed at Jeffrey Cemetery in McMahan. Serving as pallbearers were Chris Baker, Paul Caballero, Mike Girolami, Jimmy Hellums, Dennis Helms and Dave Sides Sr.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to charity of choice.
