Virginia Fearn Kuenstler, 57, of Round Rock, Texas, passed away Monday, Sept. 18, 2006, at Round Rock Medical Center. She was born on Nov. 6, 1948, at Brackenridge Hospital in Austin, Texas, to Austin B. and Ruby (Woulard) Vann.
Virginia graduated from Luling High School in May of 1967. She was married to Joe Henry Fearn, Sr., on October 21, 1967. She later married R.L

. Kuenstler on May 27, 1995. She retired from the Texas Department of Human Services in 1999. At the age of 52, Virginia was baptized at the Church of Christ in Bertram, Texas.
Virginia was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, William R. and Bertha (Wigginton) Woulard; her paternal grandparents, George and Emmy (Ferguson) Vann; her father, Austin B. Vann, on May 19, 2000.
She is survived by her mother, Ruby (Woulard) Vann of Lockhart; her husband, R.L. Kuenstler of Round Rock; her sons, Joe Henry Fearn, Jr. and his wife Dana of Austin and Donald Bruce Fearn and his wife D”Lisa of Round Rock; her grandchildren, Amber Kaye Fearn and Zachary Austin Fearn of Round Rock; her sisters, Connie King of Lockhart, Barbara Gardner and Frances Bennett, both of Austin.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 21, 2006, in the McCurdy Memorial Chapel with Charles Stark officiating. Following the service, Virginia will be laid to rest next to her father in Lytton Springs Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Dusty Hale, Terry White, Juston Miller, Eric Lambert, Brett Dixon, and David Drousche.
