The public is invited to attend the free monthly Lost Pines Master Naturalist (LPMN) dinner, presentation, and chapter business meeting on Monday, September 16th at the Buescher State Park recreation hall in Bastrop, Texas. The presentation will have Benefit Counselors from the Area Agency of Aging providing information on the new changes to Medicare n the upcoming year. They will be available to answer questions regarding traditional Medicare vs. Medicare Advantage Plans (Part C), and Medicare Prescription drug plans (Part D). Calling all motorcycle enthusiasts! The Lockhart Town Team of HCWC is hosting a Gather and Ride event out at the beautiful Whizzerville Hall in order to raise funds for spreading the word about HCWC, our services, and healthy relationships to the Lockhart community. The group will take a leisurely ride through the countryside and afterwards, food will be available for purchase. All proceeds benefit the Hays-Caldwell Women's Center Lockhart Town Team.
