Gus Kanemeier, Jr.,

Gus Kanemeier, Jr., 72, of Seguin, Texas, passed away March 5, 2005. He was born on June 11, 1932 in Niederwald, Texas to Gus and Ella Clara (Wagner) Kanemeier.
Gus is preceded in death by his grand parents, Oscar and Julie Kanemeier and Fritz and Louise Wagner; parents, Gus Kanemeier, St. and Ella Clara Wagner Kanemeier.
He is survived by his brother, Leroy Kan

emeier and wife Vicki of Las Vegas; sisters, Alice Reeves and husband Billy of Red Rock and Lillian McDonald and husband Charley of Luling; caregiver, Annette Doege of Seguin; 11 nieces and nephews.
Gus was a farmer, member of the Lutheran church and served in the U.S. Army.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 8, 2005 at McCurdy Funeral Home. Services were held at 10:00 am, Wednesday, March 9, 2005 at McCurdy Memorial Chapel. Internment followed at Memory Lawn Memorial Park, Martindale, Rev. Wayne Walther officiating.
