Horace B. Millard, Jr.
Horace “Boots” B. Millard, Jr., 79, of Red Rock, Texas, passed away Jan. 3, 2011. He was born June 6, 1931 to Horace B. Millard, Sr. and Helen (Hilscher) Millard. Born in Mt. Lucas, Texas, he was a Korean War Veteran, and a master mason in Lockhart, Texas. He retired as an oil field worker. He was living in Victoria, Texas, at time of death.

o sisters, Velda Collins and Bobby Hogan, of Orange Grove, Texas, and a brother, Hollis Millard, of Victoria.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, Jan. 5, 2011, from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. at McCurdy Memorial Chapel. Services will be Thursday, Jan. 6, 2011, at 2 p.m. at McCurdy Memorial Chapel. Interment follows to Bateman Cemetery.
