Joe Grandado

Joe Granado, of Austin, formerly of Lockhart, passed away at the age of 65. Mr. Granado served his country with distinction in the United States Army.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Mateo and Celia Granado, and his wife of 43 years, Mary.

Joe is survived by his son, Little Joe, of Austin; daughter, Dorothy, of Lockhart; brother, Rudy Granado, of Lock

hart; sisters, Dolores Castilleja, of Lockhart, Mary Ann Mireles, of Kyle, Elida Gutierrez, of Austin, and Nicky Chapa and Lupe Cuellar, of Austin.

Visitation was held on Friday, May 14, 2010, 5 – 9 p.m. Rosary was at 7 p.m. Services were held on Saturday, May 15, 2010 at 10 a.m. Burial at Assumption Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Kevin Johnson, Steve Lopez, Louis Polanco, Cesar Gamez, Samuel Chapa, and Rich Lee Mireles.
