Mr. John Snow, 62, of Lytton Springs, Texas passed away Jan. 16, 2007 at the Central Texas Medical Center in San Marcos. Mr. Snow was born on July 23, 1944 in Andice, Texas to Henry and Ellion Snow. Mr. Snow served as Caldwell County Sheriff Deputy in Lockhart for many years and had a long career in law enforcement. Mr. Snow lived in Caldwell County for over 25 years.
He is survived by his wife Barbara Snow of Lytton Springs, Texas; children, Angie Snow of Andice, Darlene Barrett of Andice, John Snow of Lytton Springs, Randy Snow and his daughter Crystal Gomez of Lytton Springs and one step-son Tommy Lockhart of Copeland; grandchildren, Nick Pratt, Tommy Lockhart, Jr., Holden Barrett, Justin Lockhart, Michael Snow, Rachel Lockhart, Payton Spiller, John Dillon Snow, Cason Snow, one sister, Joyce Rutz; and one brother, Randy Snow.
Visitation was held at the Eeds Funeral Home Chapel from 4 – 6 p.m. Jan. 20, 2007. Funeral services for Mr. Snow were held on Sunday, Jan. 21, 2007 at 11:30 a.m. at Eeds Chapel. Interment followed at Andice Cemetery in Andice, Texas.
Serving as pallbearers were Randy Snow, John Snow, Tommy Lockhart, Michael Snow, Nick Pratt, Ollie King, Tommy Lockhart, Jr. and Holden Barrett. Honorary pallbearers were Justin Lockhart, Jr. Spiller and John Dillon Snow.
Arrangements were with Eeds Funeral Home, 408 S Main Lockhart, Texas.
