Public Notice
Caldwell County will be soliciting and accepting qualifications for a Request for Qualifications “RFQ # 2012-100 Architectural/Engineering Services” for the Future Judicial Center. Qualifications are due May 23, 2012 at 2:30 PM to Marie Cavanagh with Caldwell County Judge”s office at
110 S. Main St., 2nd Floor, Lockhart, Texas 78644. The RFQ documentation may be obtained by emailing your request to Marie.Cavanagh@co.caldwell.tx.us .
The intent of this request for qualifications is to enable negotiations for Architectural/Engineering services for the conversion of a facility located 1703 S. Colorado St., Lockhart, TX into a Judicial Center.

Public Notice
The Housing Authority of the City of Lockhart, Texas has developed its Agency Plan in compliance with the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998. It is available for review at the Housing Authority”s office located at 809 Redwood, Lockhart, Texas between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. In addition, a Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, July 2, 2012. Everyone is invited.
