THE STATE OF TEXAS: TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ESTATE OF LARRY LEE LOW, PROBATE CAUSE NO. 9745, COUNTY COURT AT LAW OF CALDWELL COUNTY, TEXAS.
WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., in the above numbered and entitled estate filed an Application for Letters of Administration, of t
he said LARRY LEE LOW, Deceased, and their respective shares and interests in this estate.
Said application will be heard and acted on by said Court at 10 o”clock A.M. on the first Monday next after ten days from publication of this citation, at the County Courthouse in Lockhart, Texas.
All persons interested in said estate are hereby cited to appear before said Honorable Court at said above mentioned time and place by filing a written answer contesting such application should they desire to do so.

1. Pursuant of Sec. 12-450 “Unsafe Building Implementation” of the Code of Ordinances for the City of Lockhart. The City of Lockhart does hereby notify you, or your agent(s), as property owner of the listed property(s) of the order issued by the Construction Board of Appeals held on Thursday, May 17, 2012 at 9:00AM at City Hall located at 308 W. San Antonio St., Lockhart, TX. The Construction Board of Appeals has determined that the below listed property(s) is (are) unsafe building(s) according to Sec. 12-442 of the Code of Ordinances and has ordered them to be repaired, removed, or demolished. The owner shall have the right to appeal the decision of the Construction Board of Appeals to a Court of competent jurisdiction. A notice of appeal must be filed with the City Secretary within ten (10) days from the date of the Construction Board of Appeals order. A complete copy of the Construction Board of Appeals order for each structure may be obtained from the City Secretary.

If the bill remains unpaid after (30) days the City of Lockhart will file a lien against the property at the Caldwell County Courthouse.

Property owner has thirty (30) days to get a building permit to remove all plywood covering windows and doors and make all windows and doors operable, and sixty (60) days to complete all work described in the building permit. Property owner has thirty (30) days to have a licensed Master Electrician obtain an electrical permit to build a new electrical meter loop for the house and sixty (60) days to install said meter loop and have same inspected and passed by the City of Lockhart.

Lockhart Independent School District is Requesting Qualifications (RFQ) from design-build firms with capabilities to develop, design, and install HVAC systems for Lockhart ISD. The 3 HVAC replacement projects would include replacing the existing units at Plum Creek Elementary Annex building and incorporating it into the existing Automated Logic DDC, replacing the existing units at LHS Freshman M.L. Cisneros Campus and adding a new DDC and replacing existing equipment at the LHS Competition Gym. PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
PROPOSED GROUNDWATER RULE REVISIONS
Plum Creek Conservation District will hold a public hearing on proposed revisions to its current Groundwater Management and Protection Rules, adopted on December 29, 2009, during its June 19, 2012 Board Meeting in the District”s office building.
The hearing on proposed Rule revisions will be held at:

The Proposed changes would add a rule authorizing a simplified procedure for issuance of permits for agricultural use of groundwater of up to 100 acre feet per year on lands owned or leased by the applicant, make revisions responding to laws passed by the 82nd Legislature impacting groundwater regulation by districts having groundwater powers, revise, add or eliminate some definitions in existing rules, and make other changes that based on its experience with existing Rules the District believes are necessary to clarify the meaning of existing Rules or to improve administration of the District”s groundwater management plan and program.
Copies of the Proposed Revisions to the Rules as well as the current Rules are available at the Plum Creek Conservation District office and are posted on the District”s web site: www.pccd.org.
