Letters – Volunteers applaud Egg Hunt participants, sponsors

To the Editor:

Our Community Effort would like to thank the community and businesses who supported, donated and helped sponsor the First Annual Easter Egg Hunt and Family event held at Lockhart City Park on Saturday, April 7.

But more than that, we want to thank all the children who participated in the event. We do what we do for the children, for their futures,

and we want to thank them for letting us work for them, help them and guide them.

The turnout was a huge success this first year, with hundreds of kids attending.

We appreciate your continued support for the future of our kids.
