Lockhart gets a new look
A new perspective on Lockhart’s skyline became available on Monday afternoon as the Texas Department of Transportation opened the first two lanes of the overpass on Highway 183 at the railroad tracks. The second phase of construction began on Tuesday, and is expected to take 65 working days.
