Man faces charges in Southerland Springs church threat complaint, arrested in Lockhart

A man who allegedly harassed and threatened members of a South Texas church in March, months after a deadly shooting that grabbed national headlines, was arrested last week in Lockhart by federal and state authorities.
Robert Mikell Ussery, 54, was arrested on a federal charge of convicted felon in possession of a firearm, United States Attorney John F. Bash and Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives Special Agent in Charge Fred Milanowski, Houston Division, said.
