Mr. Estanislado Sanchez
Mr. Estanislado Sanchez, 63, of Lockhart, passed away Thursday, Jan. 11, 2007. He was born on July 27, 1943.
Mr. Sanchez is survived by his wife, Isabel Sanchez; son, Carlos Sanchez; sisters, Maria Herrera (Natividad) and Lucille Samaro; brothers, Jose Sanchez (Elva) and Florentino Sanchez (Rosie); and one grandchild, Carlos York Sanchez, II.

sary was at 7:30 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 14, 2007 at the DeLeon Funeral Home. Funeral mass was celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday, Jan. 15, 2007 at St. Mary”s Catholic Church. Burial followed in Guadalupe Cemetery in Mendoza, Texas.
Serving as pallbearers were Frank Mendoza, Troy Samaro, Nick Herrera, Juan Ojeda, Anthony Garcia and Stephen Tenberg.

Tano was my brother. He was a good, hard working, and responsible man. He worked tirelessly for his family. He struggled courageously for 19 years to stay alive, after his heart transplant. It was painful, but he worked through the pain. Tano is an infinite spiritual being who was having a finite human experience, just like the rest of us. Some time in the future, I look forward to being welcomed by God and by Tano in that other world, which is not available to us now as human beings, but which will be our paradise for our spirits to continue our infinite spiritual journey.
