Name and grade you teach: Hannah Dreibrodt, 4th grade at Strawn Elementary

Hometown: I am originally from a small town called Louise, Texas, but now reside in Zorn.

Where did you graduate and with what degree(s)? Texas A&M University in 2019 with a masters in Interdisciplinary Studies.

Favorite thing(s) about teaching at Lockhart ISD: “There are so many reasons why I love teaching in Lockhart ISD. However, my absolute favorite thing about teaching in Lockhart is being able to give back to the community we serve. My former and current students have such pride being a Lockhart Lion and will go above and beyond to support each other. The families have also been such a blessing in my life and a joy to work with.” How would your friends describe you? “Passionate, the organizer, and the person who will stand up for you no matter what.”

What values are most important to you? “I have several values that are important to me such as loyalty, respect, excellence and giving back to the community.”

Talents: “I love to make polymer clay earrings in my spare time.”

Favorite books: “Where the Crawdads Sing has been my favorite book for a few years.”

What brings you hope? “My faith, family, and working with youth gives me great hope for the future.”

Family: Husband, Colson; dog, Montana. “In April, we will be blessed to welcome our son, Cooper, making us a family of three.”
