This is Chantal. She is about 3 years old and is a labrador-shepherd mix. Chantal appears to be housebroken. She is a little timid and a little slow to open up. But once you’ve gained her trust, Chantal is friendly and sweet! She would be perfect in a home with minimal distractions, as she is low energy. Chantal and others are available for adoption by visiting Lockhart Animal Shelter at 547 Old McMahan Trail. The shelter is open Tuesday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 5:50 p.m., and on Saturdays from noon to 5:50 p.m. — City of Lockhart
