Robert Rodriguez, 57, of Lockhart, TX passed away on Saturday, March 15, 2025.
He was born in Lockhart and lived here most of his life. He had his immediate family and friends and was loved by so many. He loved to play golf all over Texas and surrounding states, but his true love was his Philadelphia Eagles team from the age of ten. He loved the Eagle mascot, the team’s colors and all that it represented. Another passion was riding his motorcycle. Everything he did, he did with passion, he allowed himself the freedom to do what he loved. That also included being there for his family, visiting his friends and their families and just making himself available to everyone.

Robert worked many jobs from H.E.B. in Lockhart to the tech industries in Austin to school bus driving, establishing his own contracted businesses, and airport shuttle driving.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Robert D. and Lois A. Rodriguez, and his sister, Vicky Rodriguez.
Robert is survived by his daughter, Tabytha Rodriguez, his sisters, Belinda Rivera, Eva Dechene (John), and Lucy Halsey (Keith); his nieces and nephews, Leticia Rivera, Quinn Hernandez (Billy), Alyssa Dechene, Ciara Halsey (Austin), Gracey Halsey, Lawrence Halsey and Alex Halsey, all of Lockhart.
