SWAC provides recommendations to TCEQ on any new solid waste facility applications and determines if they are in conformance. The ten county CAPCOG area includes the counties of Caldwell, Bastrop, Llano, Burnet, Blanco, Fayette, Hays, Lee, Travis and Williamson.
