William Nolte
William Kenneth Nolte, 70, of Lockhart, passed away on Nov. 1, 2016. He was born on Oct. 28, 1946, in Lockhart, Texas to William Gus and Mary Ida Uhlig Nolte.
He served as a Medic in the Army in Vietnam and Germany; also retiring after 24 years working with Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company. He also retired after 15 years with IRS working as a Tax Analyst.
He was preceded
in death by his parents.
He is survived by his wife of 11 years, Katherine Wilson Nolte; his son, William Joseph Nolte, of Lake McQueeney; his daughter, Amanda Noel Nolte, of Universal City; two sisters, Peggy Allen and Janet Schafer, both of Lockhart; and his best friend, Jack Campbell, of Lytton Springs.
A memorial service in the near future.
