The City of Lockhart, Texas is considering implementing a wastewater improvements project that will benefit the targeted areas on: N Church Street, Locust St., N. Blanco St., Cedar St., Kate St., Apple St., Perez St., and Alex St. The wastewater improvements project is a CDBG project under the Texas Community Development Block Grant Program for non-entitlement cities.
