59th annual Lilly’s Children’s Christmas Party set for Lions Club

Lilly’s Children’s Christmas Party is celebrating 59 years. It will take place on Sunday, Dec. 17, from noon to 3 p.m. at the Lockhart Lions Club. Children 12-and-under from Caldwell and surrounding counties are all welcome and will receive a new, wrapped gift from Santa.
It is an honor to continue a legacy Miss Lilly and her husband, Manuel, started. We hope you will join us in raising money to buy the children’s toys. We buy toys for 1,000 children each year. We hope to make this the most successful event yet.
We’re looking for sponsors to donate items for toys, cakes, cookies, fruit bags, punch, hot cocoa, and door prizes. If you would like to make a donation, please contact Lydia Serna.
We also help bring Christmas to the Pegasus boys by buying jacket for them and brining Christmas to Legacy Foster Home.
Monetary donations may be mailed to 109 W. Walnut St., Lockhart, TX 78644, or dropped off at Lilly’s Bar and Grill, at the same address. Please make all checks payable to Lilly’s Children’s Christmas Party. The Children’s Christmas Party is a 501(c)(3) non-profit and we will be glad to provide a receipt to you if requested.
