8th Grade A Lions claim LJH’s lone win vs. AJB

Denim Ford rushed for two touchdowns as Lockhart Junior High knocked off AJB Middle School of Seguin last week on the road, 26-14.

Unfortunately for LJH, that was the only win against AJB, as the young Lions lost the 8^th Grade B game, 18-14, the 7^th Grade A game, 28-0, and the7th Grade B contest, 26-7.

Lockhart Junior High had a bye last week, but will return to action Oct. 22 vs. Goodnight Middle School of San Marcos. The 8^th Grade will play in Lockhart and the 7^th Grade games will be in San Marcos.
