PUBLIC NOTICE

The Housing Authority of the City of Lockhart has developed its Agency Plan in compliance with the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998. It is available for review at the Lockhart Housing Authority office, 809 Redwood Street, Lockhart, Texas between 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday. In addition, a public hearing will be

held on Tuesday, June 9, 2015 at 2:00 pm. Everyone is invited.

ADVERTISEMENT FOR COMPETITIVE SEALED PROPOSALS

 

Lockhart ISD is requesting competitive sealed proposals for the Renovation of Clear Fork Elementary Project. Proposals shall be addressed to Lockhart Independent School District, 105 S. Colorado Street, Lockhart, Texas 78644 as stated in the proposal packet. All proposals must be received by 2:00pm on May 12, 2015.

 

There will be a pre-proposal meeting on April 28, 2015, at 1:30 PM at the Clear Fork Elementary School, 1102 Clear Fork St. , Lockhart, Texas 78644. Attendance is highly recommended.

 

The CSP package may be obtained at the District administration office located at 105 S. Colorado Street, Lockhart, Texas 78644.

 

Lockhart Independent School District reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, to waive any formalities and irregularities in the proposals received, and will accept the response(s) determined to be in the best interests of the District.
