The City of Lockhart Board of Adjustment will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, May 2, 2016, at 6:30 P.M. in the lower level of City Hall, 308 West San Antonio Street, Lockhart, Texas, to receive public input regarding the following:

 

SE-16-01. A request by Edward Lopez, on behalf of Joe Guerrero, for a Special Exception as provided in Section 64-130(c)(2), Chapter 64 “Zoning”, Lockhart Code of Ordinances, to allow a manufactured home as a resumption of a nonconforming use that has been discontinued for a consecutive period exceeding six months on lots 2 and 3, Block B, Oakview Addition, consisting of 0.15 acre, zoned RMD Residential Medium Density District and located at 902 Chihuahua Street.

 

All interested persons owning property within 200 feet of this property who wish to state their support or opposition may do so at this Public Hearing, or they may submit a written statement to the City Planner for presentation to the Zoning Board of Adjustment at or before the time the public hearing begins.

ADVERTISEMENT FOR COMPETITIVE SEALED PROPOSALS

Lockhart ISD is requesting competitive sealed proposals for their 2016 LISD Fire Alarm Upgrades

projects. The package contains work on three(3) campuses for the fire alarm systems to be

upgraded. Proposals shall be addressed to Lockhart Independent School District, Attn: Tanya

Homann, 105 S. Colorado Street, Lockhart, Texas 78644 as stated in the proposal packet. All

proposals must be received by 2:00pm on May 17, 2016.

There will be a pre-proposal meeting on Thursday, May 5, 2016 at 1:30pm, starting at the Plum

Creek Elementary campus, at 710 Flores Street, Lockhart, 78644. All three(3) campuses will be

visited. Attendance is highly recommended.

The CSP package may be obtained from the Program Manager, Owners Building Resource at 817-

658-3060 or email your request to jo.z@obrlp.com or calling Lockhart ISD Administration Office

at 512-398-0052.

Lockhart Independent School District reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals,

to waive any formalities and irregularities in the proposals received, and will accept the response(s)

determined to be in the best interests of the District.
